as the Merino wools we supply, but still easily fine enough to be worn
comfortably next to the skin.

textures for felt, needle felt, cards, embroidery, etc.
WASHED FIBRE £1.50 for 100g On the left is white curly lambswool,
short curly fibres suitable for adding special texture to felt or
needle-felt, but not of a length suitable for spinning.
Next is a bright
white wool/nylon mix, for a soft fluffy shiny surface on needle-felt, but
not suitable for wet felting.
On the right is washed Gotland. Long grey curly ringlets suitable for
texture and colour variation in wet felting and needle-felting. Another
challenge for expert spinners!
